Episode summary
Graham chats to Jennifer Lopez, who's in town for Beyonce's Chime for Change charity concert at Twickenham Stadium, former English cricketer Andrew Flintoff and actor and comedian David Mitchell. He also introduces a performance by the cast of West End musical Once, and subjects more audience members to the dreaded red chair - so their stories had better be good

Fun and viewer review
For goodness sake, it does not happen very often and the exact words that Flintoff uses are lifted directly from Lloyd's famous story about being hit in the nuts by Jeff Thompson. Jesus, I am not going to bother explaining it any more to people who just don't care that Flintoff is too stupid to make up his own after dinner stories, or just don't care about cricket. Bloody well google it if you don't believe me. Just stop saying I'm wrong. I'm not!!
